About Eleanor

Based out of Portland, Oregon, Eleanor has had a long and storied career in software development. Starting out at the bottom of the bottom with nothing but grit and moxie, she forged a career comprising entertainment, publishing. billing solutions, VoIP software and hardware, online advertising and diverse, fast-paced eCommerce development for worldwide brands in an agency context.

She hits the ground running and doesn't stop until the job is done.

  • Are you currently available?

    I am currently available for contract, freelance and full-time engagements. I have a few contracts running currently, but I can probably fit you in—if you make it worth my while 😉

    What kind of opportunities are you looking for?

    Freelancing is flexible and diverse, but it's stressfull. The longer a contract runs, the happier I am. In the context of full-time, taking-me-off-the-market-employment, an agency context is definitely where I'm happiest. It's got all the diversity of freelancing, but none of the uncertainty.

    Are you willing to relocate?

    NO

    What are your rates?

    They vary by task and by how much of a rush it is. Good, fast or cheap an all that. Only one way to find out what they are, but I assure you you will get your money's worth.

    Are you open to RTO?

    Uh, I'd like to avoid it unless it's an absolute necessity. Sure, face to face and in the same building does have it's appeal, but I don't like wearing shoes and other sorts of business attire while I work.

    I mean, maybe?. I'm a mercenary. Any passion is completely coincidental.
